If you can make do with whatever you are running for a couple of years you might find as the kids get older there will be fewer times everyone is going in the same direction . This does depend on the age spread of your kids. No easy answer , if you get the huge people mover that hauls all the kids you become the family that hauls not only your kids but their friends as well because you are the only one with room. Back before I had my own car my mom had a VW bug but my friends mom had the Ford LTD station wagon . Bench seat in the front and back plus fold up jump seats back in the cargo area. Another friend had the ultimate-VW bus with endless rows of bench seats along with a huge sun roof , Of course the VW bug and buss along with the wood side station were in the early 1970s - times have changed |

I have 3 and we have a Sienna. I was 1 of 5 and we had a bad ass Dodge Conversion van and then a Chrysler mini van. My buddy who has 7 kids has one of those Chevy 9 passenger vans (it is real nice but cost a mint). A suburban or expedition will work, but a van will be better. |
