does anyone know how they work or function. The model number is PL-2048 the screen had -544 ft does the minus mean the car was going away or getting closer? Im just curious of the logistics of these devices

No I was reffering to speed guns. Now I have to search for the plasma rifle :)

the serial number is PL-2048, yes -544 means you were 544 and going away from the device when "lasered".
