I told my wife that putting in 750 sqft of lawn was a bad idea, put in lawn and then you have to water it. Programming the automatic sprinklers is such a PITA when you only have one zone to deal with. You have to buy a mower and trimmer. Then you have to spend 20 minutes once a week mowing and trimming it. And then there is the bad crowd that the lawn attracts. The first unwelcome vermin chewed through the control line for the automatic sprinkler. Last night a real thug showed up and tore up my fence cause you know the grass is always greener on the other side. Now it's WAR. All you Dindu Deer are on my SHIT LIST. Eat my lawn will you, I'm billing you for the damage to my fence you low life scum. How dare you try to survive at my expense.
