No. You must complete and have approved an ATF Form 11 ("Make/Register Dead Carcass Sound Suppressor") which includes finger print cards, CLEO approval along with AKC verification and annual rabies vaccination verification. Further, the anal bore must be no more that 13" in lentgth. |
