1. The 'eagle' like things are Russian.

2. The 'toy bomb' is a real bomb, really. No explosive. Bombers (aircraft) would go to very high altitude and release thousands of them in batches. Those little chunks of hardened steel would penetrate roofs, equipment, people, and through concrete floors. A non-explosive way to destroy a factory and contents. Nicknamed 'Lazy dogs'. Used to be sold in Army/Navy stores. I bought some as a kid, never knew then that they were not toys.

They weigh about 20g. Someone will be along with the math in a bit. I would think the forward velocity of the dispersal platform would have some play in it as well.
