Quoted: Barrels 12.5" on the LC model. They pin & weld an extension to make it 16". The other thing people don't realize is you can't just swap a collapsible stock (if you can even find one) onto a L model without changing other parts. Spain only made around 500 or so LC models. They're not cheap ($2000), but once MalColMar sells out, they'll probably start going up in price. Here's how it should look. https://www.marcolmarfirearms.com/media/com_eshop/products/resized/image_5f396ae347938_LC%20Green%20R%20SBR%20Stock%20Extended%20-%20Right%20Front%20Quarter-900x600.jpg View Quote Do they offer a factory SBR version? |

Been wanting one of these for years. Cheap plastic and kinda fugly, but I kinda want one. Just can’t justify it with what people are paying for them.

Quoted: That's pretty sweet. Do they offer a factory SBR version? View Quote Yes. With choice of rail or no rail. The original versions were green with no rail if you're a purist. I went with a rail, as I like the optic option. And with an ADM low detach mount, you get a co-witness. CETME LC - GREEN - GEN 2 |

Quoted: CETME L guys, how do you mount a light on it? View Quote Haven't even thought about a light, but this is now being offered. These aren't going to replace your modern whizz-bang tacticool rifle, I see these as more of an enjoyable, light recoiling, range toy. I liked my first one so much, I now have 3. 2 MalColMars & an HMG. RS REGULATE M-LOK HANDGUARD |

BRN-180 is the finest 5.56 firearm on the market.
It puts every AR I own to shame. Smooth as silk. I own a shitload of ARs. The BRN-180 is my favorite non select fire weapon in 5.56. |

The Sig 556 has got the most pleasant recoil impulse of any gun in that caliber that I own. After years of suffering its weird trigger, finally spent a few minutes to improve it. All it took was adjusting the nut behind the trigger (oddly enough, the actual nut; not me).

My .223s are M-16A1 Colt and Hydra w/ Colt NOS A1 parts, HK-93 w/ navy style trigger packs, Wood stocked 1970s Rem 700 Varmint bull barrel I use for Prairie pups, A Ruger #1 that I have passed to my youngest son, and a Ruger Mini-14 183-Series that is accurate with 55 grain ammo. Has a 1:10 twist from Ruger.
My A1 clone (603?) is my knock-a-bout the farm and woods gun. Simple, light and easy to carry. Irons and a sling only w/20 rnd GI mags |

A Mini-14 was the first centerfire rifle I ever bought. Shitty sights, shitty thin barrel. They have improved it somewhat but it's still inferior to just about everything else. CETME L looks cool, HKs Brens and some Euro SIGs are cool.
I am going to be out of collecting mode for the foreseeable future. |
