Saw a few pics on the web. Anyone here do this? I could see the purpose for rail covers or tube type rail systems.

That's what I figured. I saw someone do their upper and lower in tan, but anything behind the barrel shouldn't get hot enough for that.

I might to this, in some horrendous bright color too. Just to see the looks of horror at the range.

The receiver will get pretty warm in a Di gun with heavy use
