As simple as it is users still manage to screw up links.
Most common double protocol links are due to the existing filled in protocol in the prompt https://www.google.com Could a sanity check be added for links? Or remove the protocol from the prompt? Even if someone enters a URL without the protocol browsers assume the protocol is HTTP www.google.com |
