I'm spread pretty thin.

I just got an LRB M25 that Ive been waiting on for 7 months.  Have an M1 that I started as a stripped barreed reciever from the CMP and have been aquiring NIW parts.  All I need is to order a stock set from DGR and it will be finished.  I picked up a M700 SPS Varmint in .308 and replaced the stock with a HS Precision I found on eBay, it needs a scope and I bought an old beat up Mossberg 22 with a mannlicher style stock.  It has a crack that needs pinned and really needs some TLC.  And I have a match with the rifle team on Saturday that I have not even begun to prepare for.

And I am gearing up to relaod 308.

Then archery will be here in a couple months along with all the opther hunting seasons..

I feel ..... overwhelmed

Who has LC 7.62 brass for a good price these days?

I remember a couple years ago when i was contemplating an M14 clone but was elbows deep in the AR's and M1 the stuff was everywhere and cheap.

I've got about six Garand stocks that need refinishing. I also put together a parkerizing setup recently and there's a dozen or so sets of Garand metal that needs reparking.

... and there's always .223 brass to be prepped.

Saiga 12 needs a pistol grip/folder

FAL needs a para conversion and a flash hider that's not a foot long

Colt lower needs to be SBRed so I can start buying new uppers

or at least this is the stuff I would be working on if I hadn't lost it all in a tragic boating accident

I just bought new stock for the 10/22. I got the G/F's 10/22 to do next-stock and bbl. Then I got some lowers and another AR to SBR.

-Beretta 92G Elite 2 suppressed.  I have a factory 92FS INOX barrel threaded.

-Tactical Solutions 1911 conversion suppressed on a Caspain Recon frame.  Just waiting on Tac-Sol to start shipping the conversions.

My next 3 projects:
-Rem. 700 with standard weight bbl cut down to 16" and threaded, Hogue OM stock, YHM 30QD suppressor, Leupold optic.

-10/22 decked out with all the "gnat's ass at 50yds" trimmings.  Threaded bbl of course.

-Self-built M1A bush.  Gonna have a standard barrel cut down to 18" and rethreaded for the YHM QD adapter.

After those projects, I'll stop until the Masada comes out... then I'll get one in the SBR flavor, and use the YHM 30QD can on it.

I've got 3 AK kits that need finishing, I've got a car that needs a valve job, I don't have enough money for any of it.  I'm not getting enough hours at work and it looks like I'm gonna have to go hawk the AR on monday to pay rent....

Ya think???!!!!

Don't 944s have the tranny in back?

You're not turning the GTI into RWD, are you?

Aren't 84 VWs worth about 200 bucks?

You do realize Porsche is probably the most difficult brand on the planet to work on, right?

That is one hellacious monkey you're attempting to fuck!

Good luck, and post pics!

I'm debating turning a 98/22 into a 416 Ruger or 416 Taylor.  Depends on what next years refund looks like.  There's not enough recoil in my life.

Also have a couple of stripped lowers.  Not sure what those will turn into.

944 Has A Transaxle- Yes.

RWD? -Yes.

GTi Value- Really variable.

As for the difficulty of working on P-cars: I have some very Porsche savy resources to tap. And what's a project without some challenge involved?

And you'll have to wait on pics. So far it's just a shit-ton of Porsche parts, a partially stripped 944 engine on a stand and a GTi sans metal lump up front.

Finally got my Dillon 650 all set up for 5.56.  I've fully processed and loaded 30 rounds and tested them.  I've got around 250 that have been sized, deprimed, trimmed and deburred and dropped into a case gauge.  I did those during the setup phase.

Now I should process the massive quantity of brass that I've collected, tumbled and sorted.  I probably have about 5K usable brass.  I'm debating whether to even bother with the Guat.

Besides that, I need to get a 9mm upper and a few other components for a 9mm build.

Also, I'm considering another 10/22, but this time built from a bare receiver.  I wish GM made threaded barrels.

I'm contemplating getting a .22 can and a .30 cal can.  Maybe an AOW shotgun...
