Do I see Pus on that toe?  Or worse...  It's probably the stuff they put on new tattoos to keep the skin in as good condition as it can be in after being poked with thousands of tiny holes. What I find more disturbing is how the foot looks like it belongs to a fairly old, somewhat wrinkly person
