It's no secret. The whiners are out to close down gun ranges. Best to have all your I's dotted and T's crossed because they will use any means to close them down.

Summary:

Basically what's happening is a local government in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area is harassing a long-established shooting range for allowing customers to fire handguns on the range. Rifles and shotguns are okay, but they are trying to keep the range from allowing "rapid-fire" weapons.

It seems silly that they allow rifle, but not pistol. Pistol < Rifle, so pistol outta be included.
