Goatboy said there were fundamental problems with the way the old EE was set up and the way it was moderated.
The choices were: 1.) setup the new EE. 2.) close down the EE for good. I prefer the first choice. The old EE put an undue burden on the EE moderators. |

There is a entire section for the New EE, and it's not for Team only. I think that once the Old EE is shutdown altogether and everyone actually starts using the New EE, people will get adjusted to it eventually. How many people bitched up a storm and threatened to leave when we had the site make-over? The site is still here and we have more members than ever. It is a big change, but the more you use it you'll see how much better it is. You can do everything you did in the Old EE, and more. If you want to just browse "AR Magazines", "C&R" or "AK Parts", you can just like the Old EE. Or you can search specific items. And if you want to look for FTF deals, you can actually search for items in your state or even city instead of having to sift through 5 pages of ads. |

Well Guns if you read my first post all I said was the original thread was locked and in Team, you started the bitching and moaning not me or anyone else that posted in this thread. You wish to call me a hypocrite, thats fine as you are entitled to YOUR OPINION. Everyone else here is entitled to their opinion also and it would appear that several people posting dont like the New EE. I have read all the post's in this thread so far and no one has threatened to leave the site or started name calling except you. So G'day to you and please respond with another witty well thought out post on your part if you wish. |
| We don't mind SUGGESTIONS on features that can be added to improve the new EE, but going around starting threads saying, "The new EE sucks" isn't accomplishing a thing, and therefore those threads will be locked on sight. The new EE is here to stay, so everyone needs to let the Avila's know how they'd like the new one to evolve. |
