This grey cat followed my son home this summer and we took her in because there was some harsh weather at the time. Turns out she was pregnant, and most of the litter was stillborn, except one survivor, this male kitten. The grey mama cat is very sweet with people, but doesn’t get along with other cats, or dogs. I have 3 dogs. Mama cat has had her vaccinations, but kitten still needs his, and both need fixed. My oldest dog is having health issues (probably cancer, biopsy taken Friday, awaiting results) so I don’t have any extra $ to take care of these cats, already spent $3K for CT, biopsy, etc on the dog, and still need to potentially pay for surgery (assuming dogs tumor is operable). Any suggestions on what do with these cats? I’m in OKC area. Attached File Attached File |

Good.on you, OP. Find a no-kill shelter and they should have a home. We've adopted 3-4 ferals. They have the bobbed ears, so they've already been processed through the county's "catch and release" sterilization program. |

Good idea, unfortunately, I’ll have some more money to spend on getting the cats fixed next paycheck though, my dogs cancer was inoperable. Osteosarcoma in his skull. Totally sucks. He was my best good boy, here he is in his prime Attached File I still have the two girl dogs that can be seen looking out the window in the upper right of the pic though, so need to get rid of these cats.
