I'm looking for a book if anyone wants to get rid of it.
If you have it sitting on your shelf or your not involved in traffic crashes anymore. Let me know what you want for it. Impact Velocity from Conservation of Linear Momentum for the Traffic Accident Investigator and Reconstructionist by W.A. Kennedy Also looking for any other traffic reconstruction titles also, below is what I have already. I have: Training and Reference Manual for Traffic Accident Investigation (Rivers) Advanced Traffic Crash Investigation (Robar) Advanced Traffic Crash Analysis (Robar) Fundamentals of Traffic Crash Reconstruction (Daily) Traffic Accident Investigation Manual 2nd Edition (Rivers) Traffic Accident Reconstruction (Fricke) I'm a crash investigator and am always looking to expand my knowledge in this area. I've started a business offering traffic crash reconstruction and 3D animation. If any LEO have a crash they want me to look at I'll be more than happy to, free of charge. I can also convert your 2D to 3D if I have the information I need from the crash. You can e-mail me the information if you have it in electronic format. Check out Signal 4 for information. Thanks, Mike Woods |

This is what I came up with on an Amazon search. At close to $300, that is probably not what you had in mind. There are some other books listed there that you might find of interest.
If you have the ISBN, put that into a search engine. Further, try the special order section of a college book store if you are affiliated or have connections; they may come up with something. Finally, I frequently go to half price books, my curse since I can't resist buying and my apartment is overflowing, and almost always check out the law and technical reference sections. Usually in the former, it's either the boring, sensational public consumption stuff or used college textbooks, but occassionally I get lucky. Picked up a book on death investigation and CRC books on a good dime. _________________________________________ (What was it when the guy was killed by being knocked over the head by the desk dictionary? I'm all for buying a book cheap when I can, but that isn't the absolute end goal. This isn't a slash against you, mind you, but........
........we depend on people to write good information sources for our use. If we constantly undercut them to save a buck or two, what encouragement do they have to write...............and where does that eventually leave use in the end? I have the same attitude about merchants. It's about having merchants that I trust will sell me a good product. If I constantly try to go for the lowest cost or even worse, cheat them, and they go out of business.................where will that leave me? ____________________________________________________________________ ("I enjoy a spirited ride as much as the next girl, but...,"––Caroline to 007, (w,stte), "GoldenEye") |
