I have a friend that has a Winchester semi automatic .22LR he is looking to go shooting soon.  I have no clue on any model numbers for it, anyone know of Winchesters line of .22LR's?

Thanks

Have him read the model number off the barrel.   There are too many models to try to guess what he has.

The cheapest, most common one is the 190. The good one is the 63. I'm sure there are others. The 190 has an alloy receiver and a tube mag. The 63 is kind of funny looking and loads through the butt stock.

190 makes sense, he said it was a tube fed rifle.

Whats something like this going to be worth?  I put it in the 2-300 dollar range.

A 190 is worth about $75 to $150 depending on the buyer's saavy.
