The past few years I've noticed more and more lost dogs posters popping up in my neighborhood.  It is a semi-rural area.

As a dog owner myself, I don't quite understand how so many people can lose their dogs.  I consider my pet to pretty much be a big furry child, and is under my supervision at all times when outside.

Possible, but there have been no reported sightings in my area...

In my AO it seems some lost dogs have actually been stolen by dog fighting rings.

Mexicans stealing them and waiting for "reward" posters.

No shit, I've seen it many times.

Dog ransom. Fucking low.

Sorry, OP, but you clearly have a Chupacabra nearby.

Dog fighting. Medical experiments. Animal sacrifice. I've seen all the above in my area. People roll by and just snatch em out of your yard.
