| Was cutting some moose meat to smoke tomorrow into jerky. had a small pile of cutoff left, decided to grind it and make some burgers for lunch. Fired up the gas grill to 400 degrees and popped two 1/3 pound patties on the grill. After a few minutes on each side to build a nice char, a little salt & pepper I sat down to the most delicious burgers I have had in years. I forgot just how tasty moose burger can be. What are you having for lunch today ?? |
