Is there such thing as a flat MOLLE shingle that allows users to swap out a group of pouches without changing each one individually?

Yes, there are Patch Panels out there. Mostly Admin pouches without a pocket.

I wasn't thinking velcro but ok...

Do you think it will stay on during mag changes? Running around? Diving?




I really only need the pannel without the velcro to connect all three pouches to a single shingle for removal of all three at once.
