I've been resisting the MP3 players, but I'm about to be assimilated. What's the best value in MP3 players these days? Michael |
I bought an ipod and a karma, checked both out, and returned the ipod. Karma has more features, supports more file types (including lossless FLAC format, which is what my entire CD collection has been ripped to), battery lasts longer, etc. The battery life was really the one that did it for me. I spend 10 hours at work and often listen to headphones the entire time to drown out the sound of jackass coworkers. The ipod battery didn't last a full work day. |
are you looking for a large "jukebox" type player that would use a hard disk, or a small flash one to load up a few albums to listen to while working out? If the former, see my post above for my opinion. |

Creative Labs Nomad is bad ass. Great value and every bit as good as an i-pod, likely better. I've owned both. Creative Labs Nomad Link |
