I heard a snippet of McCain's new "gun safety" spiel the other day.

He said something like "40,000 guns brought to school last year".  What!?!?!?!

I know that this statistic was bastardized from some research somewhere, rather than just pulled out of his butt.

Anyone have any idea where it came from?

Man, I gotta stop shouting at my car radio.....people are starting to stare.

I don't even listen to the car radio, anymore.  Unless someone can tell me a station that has GG Liddy on it somewhere close to St. Louis...

Semper Fi!

Can you believe that McCain't voted against the 94 AW ban? Seems like a long time ago. The beatings the NVA gave him must really be starting to take hold lately.

Have you noticed the big scar on his face? They have removed his brain instead of some kind a skin tumor.

Gawd.... I can't beleive I voted for him in the primaries.[puke] Maybe its time I hit the ol' confession booth at church. But I voted for Dubya in the general election. That counts for somethin' dosn't it?

Before the F*ckin socialists banned guns from many schools, there were a lot more than 40k.  50's 60's 70's kids always brought guns to school to shoot.

I heard McBain was converting to democrat.  Hate to see him get the republican ticket, the democRats would be thrilled to vote him in (lots of support).

Just think of a mccain/lieberman ticket in 2004!
They both would bring to the table something both the republicans and democrats like. It is a winning team and if you are throwing your vote away if you don't vote for them. Just so everyone is happy, in 2008 the candidates switch places to a lieberman/mccain ticket. Vote for inclusion and common sense, vote mccain/lieberman!

You don't want to be left out do you?

And would support mccain/lieberman in 2004!

Not voting for mccain/lieberman is like putting $20 down on the l.a. clippers to win the championship. You might as well just throw that money in the trash!

Best of all:

Look at how mccain persuaded liberman to see the light and support all gun owners! How can you afford not to put an "x" next to mccain on your ballot in 2004?

I think the 40,000 number came from a study that was done not too long ago where kids were asked about guns and weapons.  I think it was 40,000 brought weapons to school (you know, pocket knives) and it was reported in such a way as to imply that it was guns.

Yeah, but that was before the NEW IMPROVED McCAIN was discovered by the mainstream liberal press!

Since he discovered Campaign Finance Reform, he's been a particular darling of the Left.

Wonder why? 'Cause any such campaign finance changes are bound to help only the democRats and the democRat-loving network news honkies.

He shoulda stayed at the Hanoi Hilton!
