Go over to NorthernBrewer.com, look at what they have. If you just want a recipe and not a kit, then look at one of their kits, and then click the link for the instructions which list exactly what goes in there. I have 5 gallons of meade in the cellar that I made from 15 lbs of orange blossom honey I bought from NB, followed their recipe. It's important to use yeast nutrient with meade, honey is hard to ferment and needs some help along the way.

15 lbs honey, EC-1118, nutrient, energizer & water to 5 gal.
or since its the season 10 lbs honey, "" "" """, fresh APPLE CIDER to 5 gal. (only use uv pasturized or fresh pressed) 
Let ferment for a couple months & rack off sediment then leave it sit for the rest of a year before bottling, another 4-6 months or so before drinking. |
