I have a friend who has had symptoms of a clogged nose, flu-like phloem, tired..she just thought it was springtime allergies. She went to the emergency room and while she was waiting they had a bomb threat, she did'nt get to see a physician..anyway, she's been taking claritin and other decons...no real help.

Is this viral or bacterial? What do you guys suggest if don't get it her in the emergency room this afternoon? Is there anything you can recommend? She really does'nt want to go to the E-room..she will feel fine for a while then she gets cloggedup.

Thanks.

Don't you have any emergency clinics or doc-in-the-boxes there?
Those places are great when you don't want to hit the emergency room with something minor.

As for the medical advice....it could be ebola.

Sorry, I am not a Doctor but I know for a fact that your “Friend” will eventually die.

It's either a tumor or a sinus infection.

That would be what a nurse friend surmised on the phone this morning.

Just trying to help her get some relief. Thanks.
