Unfortunately, I don't think anyone even knows where he is. They raided a couple of places they thought he might have been, but he was gone. Bernier is an ex-marine, and I've heard that they think he might be hiding out in the woods up north. I shop at the Target that Officer Sawyers was murdered at. The last time I was there they still had a huge pile of flowers that people left a month later.
