How do I "flip" something in word so that when I print it onto a window sticker it shows through the window correctly?

Select the item you want to flip, then on the drawing toolbar (if you can't see the drawing toolbar click on View->Toolbars->Drawing) click Draw->Rotate or Flip->Flip Horizontal.
