For those of you, like me, that have foolishly ordered from midwesthuntersoutlet.com before finding all of their reviews (4 stars on Google ), and their D- BBB rating, did you ever get the things you ordered? I ordered a HK-Hook kit for 1.25" webbing on the 14th, and it's still in the processing stage.
