Yes.

Every enlisted gets $375 a month special duty pay just for being SF and living the lifestyle.  Also, $150 a month demolitions pay and $150 a month parachute pay.

Then more if they're HALO, SCUBA and rate high on the language skills.

There are bonuses and currently the amount relates directly to their individual language skills.

TDY temporary duty, time away for home duty station, trips far away. I would argue most trips don't pay well.

DFAS, defense paying system

You asked an intelligent well phrased question. For this effort (which sadly yet amusingly is beyond the majority of your generation) you received a knowledgeable answer. And, being from Ohio,  you didn't make fun of Southerners about not knowing how to drive. There is a lot many could learn from you.

And to clarify a bit more, all military is paid "base pay" which you can think of as salary. There is no "overtime" for watch, travel, or working for a week straight. If you bust your hump, your DO might sign off on a day or two of liberty that won't be counted against your leave.

You can go here to look at military base pay.

I would say it depends.  There are a lot of perk pays for different assignments. For instance, I am over 3 consecutive years sea pay with 100 dollar arduous sea time kicker. Add on to that I get all my bas, so right there is over 800 total. Whereas normal folk don't collect bas or the sea pay kicker.
