When people go "Missing" and there family and friends go looking for them and cant locate them, they ask for help from the Police
and the community to find the "Missing" person. All thats sounds good But. When some Teen or Adult goes Missing and then just pops back up on the radar. Dont they owe an explation on where they where, and what exactly happened? This seems to happen alot.
