I always wanted to build something like that but with a fire pit of death trap and cross fire from an airsoft.

Apparently this is kind of popular. When I searched for Mission Impossible Squirrel on youtube, I came up with a lot of different vids of squirrels doing stuff like this to get the goods.

That video is from a British documentary from the late 80's or early 90's.

The Squirrel was a female and it took her two weeks to figure out the obstacle course, reaching the food at the end.

I remember seeing that.

Lots of obstacle courses, and lots of very smart tree rats (with bad teeth).
