Ehem... sorry about that.  I'm sure if you do a search on the AR15 board you'll find the dozens of threads about Model 1 Sales helpful.  Short answer: I love my Model 1 Sales 16" Upper w/Bushmaster lower.

I see them alot at the gunshows. It only took a couple visits to their booth on different occasions to feel like they had better things to do than answer questions I had about some of the things they were selling.

So when I go to the shows now I look for sherluk(sp?). They are a smaller less established company as far as I know but have great customer service IMO.

I dont know anything about the quality of model-1 but I know I wouldnt want to deal with the guys that run the booths at my local shows should I have a problem with their product.

The shorty parts I bought from them was without a doubt THE most sorry collection of crap it's ever been my displeasure to lay hands on. The muzzle threads were stripped out, I discovered this on round 5 when the muzzle brake flew downrange. It wouldn't chamber properly, which made the forward assist a must have. Didn't extract properly either. Asked for an A2 brake, recieved an A1. Didn't matter for long, though, as noted above. Disconnector broke after less than 50 rounds. Just sad, overall.

However, others seem to have had good luck with them. I know I won't risk it, though.
