Sorry to post this here but couldn't find where to post.  I tried Tools, Help, etc.  I seem to be unable to delete messages from my inbox.  I will select messages to delete, click delete, but they are not deleted.  My inbox is now25/25 and I can no longer accept or send messages.  I tried moving some of them to another folder, but no luck.  Can you guys help me out?  Thanks

Funny thing is, the messages are now gone, but status still says 25/25, and I cannot send or accept messages.

You sorta have to delete them twice. Select the messages, click delete. This moves them to the "Deleted Messages" folder. Then go into the "Deleted Messages" and select them again, and hit delete again. Now they will be gone.

When you delete PMs they are moved to the trash/deleted whatever it's called folder.

If you need the space right away delete them from there also.  Otherwise they will be deleted when maintenance runs overnight .
