Hello all, i have just recently got a Sterling Colefire Magnum 7.62x25
Has anyone heard of the gun having ejection issues?? Anyway
From what i can tell it takes modified sten magazines. What is the modification that makes it different from regular sten mags? I will pay if anyone is selling any modified sten mags. As they seem to be hard to find.
Also are there any sites where i can buy them? I cant seem to find any.

Thanks

Thats what kept me from getting one of these guns. The heavily modified sten mags were made by WLA I talked to WLA about making more and they said they planned on making some but that was months ago. With everything going on now, who knows now if they will. I thought about trying to make some, but looking at the ones they modded looked beyond my abilities with hand tools.

My thoughts then was to get pps43 kit and use it's mag well in place of the sterling well and use pps43 mags which were 7.62x25. It probably would not be much harder to do as opposed to making a mag and would be more reliable and have more mags available. Eventually I gave up on the idea and just got a pps43c. I have 2 sterling carbines btw - Ti and TII, which is why I wanted a pistol too.
