| I own two properties a 2 bedroom condo and a 3 bedroom house in the Denver metro area. Right now I could easily get 100K plus in equity off my home, my condo is vacant right now. I was thinking of selling my house and getting that 100k plus in equity and moving back in to my condo. I am not married, I do have a 12 year old boy that lives with me half the time. So what would be a good investment to grow that money quickly? The condo has around 20k in equity as well. |
