Is it moral and ethical to drive golf balls at the guy in the tractor if the driver is fully protected by a steel cage and the range manager turns a blind eye? I've asked myself, "What would Jesus do?" I honestly don't think he would do it. What do you think?

Don't confuse morals with ethical behavior.  There's your first problem.

And if you don't tag the tractor, who will?

There is no ethical consideration, and no morality involved, so no.

It does, however, make you kind of a prick.

Uh...  Makes me kind of a prick too.
