My MiL passed away a couple of months ago and her house went on the market. My wife's brother and I were just finishing installing a new door (old one had a pet door in it) when the realtor showed up and started showing the place. After the potential buyers left I asked her about referencing then main bedroom and bath as the owners suite and primary bathroom. Apparently they don't refer to them and the master suite/master bedroom, master bath any more because of the "negative connotations."

Otherwise, some stupid underwriter will bitch about it. I even had one underwriter ask me to remove the word church from my report. Said to substitute church with places of worship. I told her to get bent.
