What kind of motorcycle is this? Crazy rim color. Inside the spade it said "FTW" meaning "For the Win" I guess. Cool looking ride.

It started life as a Harley Sportster, then had its frame welded up rigid, the front brake removed and the rear end bobbed.

I'd have left the front brake and put on a bigger tank, but that's just me.
