GN's are nice cars. Comfortable on the inside, sleeper on the outside. Just make sure you let the engine idle for a few minutes after running it hard. This will cool down the turbo. Otherwise you'll coke the oil on the turdo's bearings. There are a ton of aftermarket parts for them. Duttweiler and Kenny Brown are the first two that come to mind. |

Here is the story on the Evil Black Car I was Buffing it out for one of my co-workers. He bought the car in 1987 drives it from May till September every year. I needed to make some spare cash for a New ArmaLite [:D] I did ask him if he wanted to sell it, His answer was NO [:(] Alll in all I thought that for a car that is 17 years old it was in damn fine shape. The paint just needed a little attention. |
| Although most of what I own for toys are Harleys or Old muscle cars, the GN has always caught my eye. If I ever come across the right one at the right price I'll buy it. The market on those cars has held pretty high. I'm just not willing to part with the kind of loot they're bringing. I find when I'm least expecting it, the right deal comes along. I'm actually selling the newer hot rods I have right now and looking for a BB chevelle or camaro. If that doesn't pan out, I'd seriously consider a GN. |
