Anyone own a commercial building with several things going on. Saw one come up recently that has several offices, a couple of apartments, small owner living area, commercial kitchen, and a small grocery store type deal.
Is it way more hassle than it is worth? |

Different type of loan and higher Insurance and Taxes as well.
If the storefront is not occupied or any of the apt units are empty prepare for issues with the underwriter for the loans. Insurance co's do not like to insure unoccupied buildings so prepare to see higher rates. |
