It seems like every other time I work out I get a twitch in some muscle, usually my tricep. Any way to get it to stop?

I've never had twitching happen while exercising. I have twitches during recovery, especially while sleeping if low on electrolytes.

What's your diet look like? What's your level of activity? What workout are you doing?

ETA: Ok, maybe you mean during recovery. If that's the case, I recommend good food, plenty of water, and maybe consider electrolyte replacement (I use Endurolytes by Hammer Nutrition). I'm doing endurance training and I had muscle cramps and sporadic twitching until I started taking electrolyte replacement and scaling back on over-training (IE: resting).

I guess you need to be a bit more specific.

I mean i get twitches at different times.  After high intensity workouts it's more common, my legs will get a very relaxed tired feeling and then have a quick twitch.  When I fall asleep a similar kind of thing happens except my whole body does a big twitch.

Sorry bout that, I meant during recovery, usually within a few hours. I'll try that electrolyte replacement, thanks for the advice.
