What does everyone use to convert M4P (iTunes) audio files to MP3?

Unfortunately my car doesn't have an iPod connection.  So to listen to (in my car) music that was paid for and downloaded from iTunes, I need to get these files onto CD.

Itunes can burn them to CD's for your car. Then you can rip them back... Hack.

Another way, with very reduced quality, is to record them from the microphone jack with a double male stereo plug connecting the headphone to microphone jack.  Still a hack.

I don't have a good way, but I've not really looked either.

iTunes has a burn C.D. feature. Probably the easiest in existence.

Xilsoft audio converter works wonders.
