This is the first real one I have ever seen in my lifetime. What should he do test his new found luck? 11 year old kid, so can't gamble at a casino.
Also, what would be the best way to preserve the clover? Vacuum seal of some sort? Attached File |

Press it between book pages.
OP - You need to get out more if this is the first real one you've seen. |

They are freaks of nature, like fags.
Enjoy it and let it go, there will be more. Get out more. |

Its still there but a bit worn from bumping around in my wallet. The good luck did work though! |

Buy an epoxy kit at a Craft store and embed it in the clear epoxy
|
|
Sandwich it with wax paper and toss it in a big fat book for awhile. (2-3 months)
|
|
Google pressing flowers for the full deal, but the easiest thing to do is put it in between two pieces of parchment paper or coffee filters, then put heavy books on top of it, and let it sit for a few weeks.

You do know that killing a four leaf clover (by picking it) brings a huge deluge of bad luck?
|
|
I found one when I was in second grade and gave it to my mom. She put it in the plastic picture sleeve of her purse wallet.
|
|
I spent hours as a kid (i.e. 10 minutes) looking from them. That was the last time I tried.

I found a 5 leaf clover one time. They're supposed be about twice as rare as 4 leaf.

5 leaf clover I found while watching my son play a baseball game. Us being near North Anna Nuclear power plant was probably not a contributing factor. Attached File

Neat OP! We always used to just use an old thick book...Bible, Dictionary and just press it over time.

But here’s a tip. Look more often. Because the real power behind the 4 leaf clover is the time spent looking. |

OP has clearly never spent any amount of time looking.
They are not rare, or even hard to find. |
|
There is a clover strain that produces nothing but 4 leaf.
However most wild clover is not that type. |
|
Very cool and congrats to the lad.
You already preserved it with a photograph. Now preserve that. |

View Quote Agree.. 5 minutes walking and looking in some clover is about all it takes to find a 4 leaf clover...Not very rare at all. But congrats to his son for spending a little time outdoors. |

During a disc golf round, my wife mentioned something about never having found a 4-leaf clover. We got to the next tee, I saw a small patch of clover behind the bench, found four of them after about 20 seconds of looking. She still thinks I'm the luckiest guy on the planet.

Might be poison ivy...don't touch it
Have him buy some lottery tickets. |

Roll that shit up and smoke it. After we lost Willie this year, it's the least you can do.
