Boy I really screwed the pooch on presentation!! I have some nice long guns too. I should have also known that a ghey drink like that wouldn't go over in this "manly" crowd. It's pretty fresh and tasty actually. There is only 1/2oz. of schnapps in it...just enough to muddle the mint and give it that hint peach. I do usually drink a dirty martini on the rocks if that means anything to anyone geesh ha-ha! I did leave out a few things after having a few vodka and lemonades. The SP were baked on the grill....er I mean "propane oven" and then peeled and mashed with a fork with some butter, salt and pepper. They go well with pork and are much better for you. I save the whites for beef. Also, I brined the chops for a few hours with some star anise and black peppercorns. It was very good according to reviews. I'll do better next time I promise. |
