Stuffed Chicken Breast with Pepper Jack cheese, homegrown peppers, and a secret marinade Loaded potato skins with homegrown onions (caramelized), bacon, and Pepper Jack Bread and herbed olive oil Ice cream as dessert 
This pic is proof the chicken was grilled. I didn't flip it over so the top has a weird look. Had to post proof for the haters....

Here is the underside of one of the other stuffed breasts. Since they are overflowing I only cooked the bottom, did not flip, so the top did not get the nice grilled look. The bottom is the proof though.
