Wife made one of my favorites tonight. Thought I would share.

Boneless chicken strips on a bed of long grain rice simmered in her secret tomato based reduction. Fresh tomato and onions salsa, homemade with a hint of cilantro and lemon. Chips and JP's to finish it off. And some fresh brewed iced tea to wash it all down with.

You guys have no idea how good this is. I would have gotten pie, but I was just too full.

I was in the presents of my homebuilt bulgy AKS-74. It's an ORF kit in an AK-Builder flat, sprayed with my own color mix of KG Gunkote. My browning hi-power, and a Gil Hibben Rambo III.
