Time Warner has been slow as shit for me since yesterday when I got up.
I can't get Speedtest to finish. I thought maybe those assholes were throttling me, but I got on the neighbor's wireless (he leaves it open and knows it. He also wouldn't have a clue what a torrent is) and his completes, but doesn't get above 2Mb down. Usually here, I get 18+Mbps down and just shy of 1 up. Not sure what's going on. |
