Just needed to vent.

I ALWAY throw a flag when NICS checked, but if I have it done during the week It goes through after a minute or two hold on the phone. Yesterday I when to my dealer to pick up two lowers I got on EE, and of course it was Saturday at Noon (He got them Friday but isn't open.) and I learned to not due a NICS on the weekend. First my dealer gets put on hold and then the phone connection gets cut off [>:/] He calls back and waits five minutes or so and then gets a 'delay'...dammit, I have been waiting for these lowers for two weeks due to shipping / and receiving delays because both my dealer and the seller being at SHOT. I had I nice weekend of AR building planed for this weekend.

I guess I'll stare at a couple of LPKs and uppers...

Move to a state that allows you to bypass NICS if you have a CHL.

But it's instant. They told us it would be instant.

This was the major reason I got my CCW. I carried for a long time before I got my "carry permit".
