I saw a news special about some department using semis, and it was to catch texters and shit, since you look down into the drivers window and can see what the morons are doing. |

You know how many times I saw speeders running amok, then slowing when they saw a marked unit, then as soon as the marked unit was gone, driving like an ass again? You put enough LEOs in unmarked cars, and you tell the public, that will decrease the speeders, since they do not know where to look. It works. |
