This is my brother. our mom left are dad 36 years ago and she did not want his last name or us to have it. She changed back legaly but did not do this for us. She just told schools and so on. My brother joined the Navy and did two tours in first war on Irai. He got out spent time try to find life and a family. So he got married and bought a house. But when he need to leave the countri for a trip flags went up and they said he had two SSC and two Names. Could not go any where. \ So he is trying to go back to is mothers maiden mane and not that of his dad. But his wife and kid are under the mothers maiden name and he is know under his dad. Does thid mean that their marragie is void and will have to remarried? The feds told him they are in owe on how long thid got by and how he got marrired and bought a house and did servie and no one ever said anything. |
