I don't see any right turns on the schedule........FAIL ![]() Please elaborate on how much oval racing you done and how good you are at it.. I have and its NOT easy.... Nascar is nothing but a buncha cry babies, IMO, its the crew that make or break it. The drivers just want to sit in the car and put no effort. I lost all respect when they interview a guy that just finished 15th place and is happy about it. If you aint first, your a loser, that simple, Look at F1, they only get points for the first few places, those guys strive to win and 2nd and 3rd arent happy nor content.

They think their opinion MUST be heard.
why is everybody shitting in my thread. this isnt a Nascar vs other motorsports thread, its about the way Nascar shows their patriotism. fuck F1, this aint about F1 IIRC, there is an "official" F1 thread floating around GD somewhere. Last I checked, the "search" button still worked. |

THAT looks like fun |

Remove the stupid restrictions, quit making everyone conform to one standard and MAYBE I will watch. Give base parameters and safety guidelines and then let each manufacturer build and field a team. I think I'd like watching most team sports more if they played by your rules. Football players could employ ATVs or horses, basketball players would bring rocket shoes and baseball players would never know if a ball or a stick of dynamite was going to come out of a pitcher's glove. |

Obviously the posters arent paying any attention to the topic of the post. I guess thats to be expected. I find many responses to Internet forum topics consist mostly of you suck / what you like sucks, and I am better then you and whatever I like is better then whatever you may prefer Not matter what the original post was |

Hell, massive circle tracks with an inner road course will be fine. But this circle jerk they have now is stupid and I refuse to watch. |

Yea, rally is cool but how often do you actually see the cars, the racing action going on? Zoom by, wow cool...wait here's comes the next one...zoom...wow cool....repeat. Ok, we can go home now. |

Thats the way it is with the Dakar Rally. Its a bad ass multi continent race but very limited coverage and its usually just showing point standings, etc. Not much of the actual racing.

On TV of course, it's just not popular enough to set up the right coverage.... And they last a long time. |

From the overhead shot I saw, it didn't look like there were any. Camera trickery I guess.

Might as well call them Prototypes then because there ain't a Ford, Chevy, Dodge, or Toyota out there. |
