Alright guys, here's the deal. I ordered $700 worth of stuff from Midwayusa.com, including a stock for my remington 700 and another Eotech.

So, I check the tracking email tonight and realize it is going to my old apartment for some reason, even though I have updated my address and have had stuff delivered to my new one.

I called Midway, they said there was nothing they could do about it, and to call UPS.

The guy at UPS was kind of a prick and said there was nothing they could do about, and to get a hold of Midway. WTF?

I'm trying to figure out what to do, I decided to call midway again tomorrow and tell them what UPS said and try and get them to figure it out, their customer service is normally amazing.

But, if they both keep denying they can do anything about it, what should I do?

Go to the UPS in town and explain the situation and try and get them to hold the package? Go to my old address and talk to the current resident and try and get them to deny the package?(skanky part of town, thats why I moved, don't really want to go with this option)

Anyone gone through this before? Any ideas? I have till Tuesday to figure it out since that is when the packages are scheduled to be delivered.

Thanks

Call creditcard company to cancel payment and then see if midway figures out a solution? They fucked up they can deal with it.

That sounds like a big pain in the ass... I'm hoping there is a simpler solution

Did your stuff arrive today?

If you have a copy of the purchase confirmation statement from Midway saying it'll be shipped to your new address, then you have them over a barrel if they shipped to the wrong address.

I recall only the sender can change or reroute anything.

Is your old address close enough to your new address that you can call UPS and have the shipment held at the depot for pickup?
