I have an Iphone 4 with a broken screen that is not active, it was replaced with a new phone. What is the easiest way to transfer the pics and videos from the old phone to the new one. The old phone is still fully functional, just a cracked screen. Is Itunes capable of transfering files? If so how. Thanks in advance for any help that you may be able to provide.

Plug the phone into your computer with the usb cable. Go to my computer and save your photos from the phone. Pretty simple.
